Return and Store Policies
Customer satisfaction is our top priority here at Appliance Smart. We realize there may be times where our customers change their mind or are unsatisfied with a product they purchased. We are determined to help you find the appropriate solution. Items that are not defective or used but not to the customers liking are subject to our returns and exchange policy.

Exchange and Return Policy
- Returns will be handled on a case by case basis and all items will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.
- Any used and opened products will not be eligible for return.
- In order to exchange a product for another, the product must be able to be restocked or returned to the manufacturer for reimbursement. The product can not have scratches or dents and must include all instruction manuals and documentation that was shipped with the item.
- The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
In the case that a hidden factory damage or defect occurs, Appliance Smart will work and assist you in any reasonable way possible in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty to resolve any conflict.
Appliance Smart reserves the sole right to issue store credit, exchange, or return any product that is not a manufacturer warranty product. *Purchases made through our financing program (Acima) will not be eligible for returns and/or exchanges.
