New Open Box items are products that have been released for third party sale by the manufacturer for one of three reasons;

1.) It was returned by the customer for being the wrong unit or for being damaged upon delivery.

​

2.) It was damaged cosmetically from the manufacturer.

​

3.) It was a floor model display or an overstock/discontinued item.
